Ron Cox :: Chief Executive Officer Ron is responsible for overall corporate direction, sales, product requirements, marketing requirements, partner relationships, investor relations. Prior to North45, Ron worked for online payment processing vendor Vesta located in Portland. Before joining Vesta, Ron served as VP of Business Development for netVigilance, a startup in the network security business. Ron has held positions in Sales and Sales Management with Intel, Synopsys and Sun Microsystems.

Aaron Allison :: Chief Operations Officer, Chief Marketing Officer Responsible for managing daily operations including the development, design, operation, task management for entire team and oversight of all Marketing activities. Aaron started his first company while still in college; a brokerage and grower of nursery stock selling into NY City and Washington, DC. Aaron sold his first company in 1998 and with Tim Morita, founded SBI in 2000. In the nine years since, they have captured 10% of the Nursery Management Software market.

Tim Morita :: Chief Technology Officer, Chief Financial Officer Tim oversees Enginering and IT, as well as the financial operations including maintaining financial records, payroll, credit and human resources. Tim and Aaron built Small Business Innovations (SBI) to a successfully profitable venture with no outside funding and zero debt-load. Tim holds degrees in applied math and Computer Science and over 15 years of technology development experience. Tim has expert knowledge in the areas of software development, project management, wireless applications and web-based applications.

Lisa Hattery :: Director of Marketing Lisa is responsible for the development of all outbound & inbound marketing efforts, Marketing communications, Brand building and joint-marketing including direct mail, tradeshows and PR. Lisa is well-versed in modern marketing techniques such as website optimization, SEO, Viral Marketing. Prior to joining North45, Lisa worked for dot-com media startup based in the Silicon Valley; Lisa has several years of experience in marketing for start-up companies. |
